BurnTide Side Effects and Safety
Last updated: October 4, 2026
BurnTide contains no stimulants and only two active ingredients in small amounts, so serious side effects are unlikely for healthy adults. The points below are still worth knowing, especially if you take medication.
What the label says
If you are under a physician's care or taking medication, consult your healthcare professional before using this product. If you are pregnant or nursing, or have a known medical condition, do not use without consulting a physician. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Possible side effects
| Source | What you might notice | How to reduce it |
|---|---|---|
| Apple cider vinegar | Heartburn, upset stomach or nausea | Take with a full glass of water |
| Acidic, sticky gummy | Contact with tooth enamel | Rinse your mouth with water afterwards |
| BHB salts | Stomach discomfort at high doses; unlikely at this amount | Do not exceed one gummy |
| Sugar (2 g) | Counts toward daily carbohydrate intake | Include it in your totals |
Medicines to check with a doctor or pharmacist
- Insulin and other diabetes medicines: vinegar may slightly lower blood sugar and slow stomach emptying.
- Diuretics (water tablets) and laxatives: heavy vinegar use has been linked to lower potassium.
- Blood pressure medicines.
- Any medicine that depends on potassium levels: ask before combining.
Who should avoid BurnTide or ask first
- People with gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying), acid reflux or stomach ulcers
- People with kidney disease or on a sodium- or mineral-restricted diet
- People with low potassium
- Pregnant or nursing women
- Children and teenagers
Looking after your teeth
Vinegar is acidic, and gummies stick to teeth. Chew, swallow, then drink water. Avoid brushing immediately afterwards; wait about half an hour so the enamel can recover.
If you follow a ketogenic diet
Two grams of sugar is small, but strict keto plans often allow only 20 to 30 g of carbohydrate a day. One gummy will not prevent ketosis; just include it in your count.
When to see a doctor
Stop taking it and seek advice if you have ongoing stomach pain, vomiting, muscle weakness or cramps, or an allergic reaction. Unexplained weight change, constant thirst or frequent urination should be checked by a doctor.
